Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is Hiring a Billing Specialist Near Agawam, MA
- Answer phones
- Set up new accounts
- Prepare accurate and timely client invoices.
- Update client files with issued invoices and related contractual documents
- Enter invoices into client invoicing web sites
- Open and process all incoming Accounting mail
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Must have professional demeanor and friendly rapport.
- Exceptional phone presence
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures.
- Must have strong work ethic
- Competency to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment.
- Well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Word/Excel knowledge
- 2 years of clerical or administrative experience;
- Full-Time - 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
